Her impressive career spans industries such as real estate, manufacturing, retail, medical devices and services, professional services, media/advertising, health care, technology, and nonprofits. Mickele specializes in bookkeeping, tax preparation, advising new businesses, and developing tailored financial strategies to support growth and success. She has worked extensively with high-net-worth individuals and their families, nonprofits, corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts and estates.

Throughout her career, Mickele has honed her skills in managing and training accounting teams, implementing software solutions, and leading firm-wide training sessions.
